David Andrews
Director
David co-founded EA Associates in 2021 after a decade working closely with construction businesses across East Anglia for national PLC and specialist regional recruitment firms.
Having started his career running a successful Trades & Labour section, David soon moved into senior white collar appointments and has since developed an extensive network across the region, recruiting from junior to board level.
Very much believing in the ethos of leading from the front, David has established and led multi-disciplinary teams of various sizes as well as built new business units out from the ground up, all while maintaining an active hand in the market.
David is, for his sins, an Arsenal fan and lives in Colchester with his wife and dog – themselves fairly well known in the industry!
