OUR PROCESS

Initial Consultation

Once you're in touch with us, we want to meet. We'll sit down over a brew at a convenient location to get to know you, your motivations and what you're looking for. During our meeting, we will discuss your CV, capabilities and requirements, along with live jobs that may be of interest and companies we can proactively pursue that may offer what you need. From here, we put together an action plan to tackle the opportunities and businesses you'd like to take a closer look at.

Action

We get to work. Once we know what you're keen to look at, we'll begin making contact with our client base to discuss your credentials with our contacts, keeping you informed every step of the way. We use our intricate knowledge of the industry to match you up to potential employers in great detail, overcoming barriers on your behalf to give you the best possible chance of securing a range of interviews with your chosen businesses and jobs, ultimately aiming to give you a targeted shortlist of options.

Interview

Interviews are our speciality. Once we've got the right options on the board for you, we'll talk you through exactly what to expect when the date of the meeting eventually rolls around. We meet all of our clients, meaning we're well placed to give you in-depth detail on their culture, manner, likes and dislikes, offering you a hugely competitive advantage at this stage. We'll make sure you're ready for anything they can throw at you.
