Our mission here is to understand your requirements to the letter - the skill set, project capability and personality you require. We'll be able to use this time to give you an overview of the market, who might fit and the availability of anyone looking like a good match for your brief, as well as build a proactive plan of action detailing how we'll be finding suitable applicants and where our target areas will be. We'll also be able to work out an appropriate time frame for the process to run.

Talent Attraction

We'll work with you to build up an attractive brief for both your company and role, then set to work enticing the right level of talent. During this stage, we will deal with all advertisement on your behalf as part of our service, while also proactively reaching out to our vast network of professionals in order to pinpoint the best talent in the market and bring it straight to your doorstep. During our brief, we'll have agreed a date to bring you an initial shortlist of CV's - by the time this rolls around you'll have a targetted shortlist of CV's to review, candidates we will have met in person to thoroughly understand their abilities.

Interview Process

Once you've decided who you want to meet from the candidates presented, we will get to work streamlining your interview process, ensuring that you get the opportunity to meet each candidate at a convenient time for both parties. We ensure that both you and the candidate are fully prepped before meeting, so that your time can be spent discussing the crucial details of the role. We will gather feedback from both parties after each meeting and swap these over, ensuring that everyone is reading from the same page at all times and the process runs seamlessly, however many stages to the interview process there are.

Negotiation & Offer

As part of our candidate registration, we thoroughly study each candidates' requirements and motivations for seeking a new role to ensure that once you found the right person for the job, you'll be confident of their interest in in joining you. We're an effective and capable middleman experienced in negotiating the best deal for both parties to ensure everything sets off on the right foot. We're deft hands when it comes to the dreaded counter-offer, and are effective at tackling these throughout the process by playing in tune with a candidate's motivations, to minimalise their impact and secure a positive result.
