Ben started his recruitment journey 7 years ago and has built a solid reputation for supplying local construction companies, initially across Suffolk & Essex before expanding his reach, with experienced tradesmen, labour and plant operators.
Ben relishes the challenges of working in a fast-paced, highly demanding industry where each day presents a new focus, utilising his strong candidate network and extensive contact base to link the right operatives to the right sites.
Ben has worked with Billy, another EA Associates team member, for over 4 years as a close-knit team of two, becoming the go-to recruiters for Trades & Labour requirements across East Anglia.
A keen player of most sports, Ben can most often be found playing football at various grounds across East Anglia on any given weekend!
