Since joining the recruitment world, Adam has always specialised in placing management professionals into the construction industry on both permanent and temporary contracts, with an emphasis for connecting people with the right businesses. Adam had been in the industry for 7 years before co-founding EA Associates in 2021, having always worked with SME’s and Tier 1’s to source the right candidates for the right roles.

Adam has a passion for delivering a quality service to both candidates and clients, with an honest and consultative approach every time.

His career to date has seen him place people across most construction sectors at all levels, from trainees right up to director level, across a vast range of disciplines.

Adam is a family man, proud Ipswich Town fan and a bang average golfer.
