Jason Maher
Associate Director
A trained groundworker and machine driver by trade, working for one of East Anglia’s largest civil engineering and groundworks specialists, Jason’s journey in recruitment began in 2006.
Over the last 17 years, Jason has established himself as one of the area’s most recognisable faces in the sector across the East of England, supplying skilled tradesmen and senior management to a range of groundworks, civil engineering and general building businesses, including a 4-year spell working internally for The Tamdown Group, overseeing their labour and resource function.
Jason joined EA Associates at the start of 2024, picking up the mantle of delivering an exceptional service to the company’s groundworks clientele.
Outside of work, Jason is a devoted family and football man, currently managing Saffron Walden Town FC in the Essex Senior League.
